How to track my order?

You may receive an email confirming the shipment as soon as your package is shipped. The tracking number for your package will be provided in the email.

Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but your order will still be delivered. Please contact us once the estimated delivery time has passed. You can also check the status of your order by clicking here.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

I made a mistake with my shipping address, what to do?

Your shipping address can typically be changed within 24 hours. Please get in touch with us right away and provide your order number and the proper address. The more details you provide, the faster we can update your information. Despite the fact that we cannot promise that we will catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will do everything in our ability to make the requested changes.

Make sure the subject line of the email contains the phrase "Urgent: Change Order Details." Any other title could delay your order's delivery.

Please be aware that your order may have already been sent out. It's best to get in touch with the postal service because in this situation we won't be able to send you another one.


Will I get a Tracking Number?

Yes! All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. It will be sent to your email address automatically. By clicking here, you can track your order directly on our website.

Your order has been shipped if you received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Depending on the shipping carrier, tracking numbers can take 5-9 business days to update. This is usually due to the high volume of orders we receive.


My package was lost or stolen.

Glowdecore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.


Can I ship the package to an address that is different from billing address?

Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’


My order is partly fulfilled. What can I do?

Don't be worried! This is a completely normal situation. This simply means that different items in your order may have shipped from different warehouse locations, or they may have been delayed due to pre-order, sale, or back-order products.
